ALLIE LABROUSSE, MA, LPC INTERN
Do you feel stuck in an endless web of worries? You may be struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or daily feelings of numbness. Every day feels like an uphill battle. You are exhausted and tired of hiding your emotions, and you wonder if things will ever get better. You feel alone and hopeless, desperate to find answers. Know that you're not alone. My passion lies in empowering individuals to break free from the paralyzing effects of anxiety and depression.
Utilizing primarily CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention, I can help equip you with tools to no longer be enslaved to your thoughts. You no longer have to live day to day, fearful of the next worries, thoughts or images that enter your mind. Instead of feeling distracted, you can be more present with those around you. You CAN feel like yourself again.
Know that I'm here for you to encourage you and equip you with tools to overcome what you never thought would be possible. Allie Labrousse, a LPC Intern in the State of Oregon, graduated in May 2019 with her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. In 2016, she graduated with her B.S. in Organizational Communication with a minor in Psychology from University of Portland. Allie earned Level I Restoration Therapy Certification from Fuller Seminary in 2018. Other notable trainings include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 2017 from George Fox University. Allie has a passion for helping others with anxiety disorders.

JENNY LABROUSSE, MA, LPC INTERN
Specializing in Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of anxiety disorders, she has a passion for helping others overcome their anxieties and fears. She graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University and has experiencing working in an outpatient counseling agency setting.
Jenny strives to provide a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can work to break through from their anxieties and fears—living an anxiety-free life. She understands that it takes courage and strength to make the decision to come to therapy. She honors each client and their story and believes that the therapeutic relationship is necessary for success.
She will work closely with you to identify thoughts, emotions, and behaviors contributing to your distress. She also integrates Restoration Therapy, contemporary psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and other empirically supported treatments as needed. She customizes treatment to your particular life circumstances, values, and needs. She works with teens and adults.
